An acoustic amp for every occasion

FOR THE ACOUSTIC PERFORMER

With over 50 years of experience in great guitar tone and quality, the Crush Acoustic 30 is Orange’s entry into the world of acoustic amplification. At ease in any situation, this lightweight, portable, battery powered acoustic combo continues the Orange tradition of simple but versatile design.

With a custom speaker, angled cabinet and 30 Watts of power, the Crush Acoustic 30 is a great companion for busking, gigs or practice. Two channels, built-in effects and a feedback-busting notch filter take care of all the details, leaving you free to work your magic.

CHANNEL 1 – INSTRUMENT CHANNEL

Optimised for acoustic guitar, this channel features a ¼” jack input and a 3-band active EQ. A -10dB Pad switch helps guarantee a clean signal with higher output instruments while the Colour switch adds a treble boost and slight mid scoop, great for livening up dull pickups or finding your place in the mix.

CHANNEL 2 – MIC CHANNEL

With an XLR/jack combi input, this channel can be used for a second guitar signal or as a dedicated microphone input. The Mic/Line switch selects between XLR and jack inputs and +48V Phantom Power lets you use your favourite studio microphones.

GLOBAL EFFECTS AND NOTCH FILTER

The on-board digital effects processor can add a range of Reverb or Chorus sounds individually to each channel. Easy to use controls dial in a variety of tones in seconds. A global notch control uses a narrow-Q filter to precisely select and remove problem frequencies, eliminating unwanted feedback.

30 WATT POWER AMP, VOICE OF THE WORLD SPEAKER

The full-range, 8” Voice of the World speaker is designed specially for the Crush Acoustic 30. Coupled with its efficient Class D power amp delivering 30 Watts, this bespoke speaker’s natural presence will cut through any crowd.

GET CONNECTED

A buffered FX Loop, ¼” Line output and a balanced XLR out give you all the connections you need, even for complicated rigs. A 3.5mm Aux-In jack can be used to connect a smartphone, tablet or similar audio device, allowing you to play along to backing tracks.

BATTERY POWERED

The Crush Acoustic 30 is the perfect amp to use on the go. The battery compartment takes 10 AA batteries, giving you 3 hours of power at full volume, 5 hours at 50% volume and 8 hours at low volume. The Crush Acoustic 30 can also be powered by the supplied DC adaptor, which disconnects the batteries when in use.

“Loud for its size, transportable, with flattering tones, and priced pretty fairly, the Crush Acoustic 30 is a nice option for performers on the go”

OUR TAKE ON THE 1950s COMBO

Tremlord 30

The TremLord 30 is our very British take on a 1950s-style guitar amplifier. With valve Tremolo, valve Reverb and a quartet of EL84s pushing 30 Watts, it’s every retro sound you need in a compact 1×12 package. The beautifully simple, non-master volume design is straight out of the golden age of Rock ‘n’ Roll but 15W, 2W and 1W settings allow that coveted “sweet spot” to be enjoyed at more civilised volumes. Two independent, footswitchable Tremolo Speed controls, footswitchable Reverb and a valve-driven FX Loop also help bring this old-time tone machine firmly into the present day.

FOOTSWITCHABLE VALVE TREMOLO

All-valve bias modulation Tremolo brings a palette of sounds rarely heard in the modern age – but highly sought after. This era-defining, authentic effect comes with two independent speed controls that can be selected with an external footswitch, also giving you the option to defeat the Tremolo entirely (footswitch sold separately).

Output Power Switching

There’s nothing quite like a non-master volume amp being cranked into classic power amp overdrive, but this can get way too loud for some modern stages. By switching from four to two EL84 valves (using the switch on the rear panel), and by using the Headroom/Bedroom modes, the Tremlord 30 can also run at 15W, 2W or 1W. This allows access to all shades of vintage overdrive at any level you need. Much more practical in today’s live and studio settings.

Two Spring Reverb Tank

The on-board valve-driven Reverb offers masses of depth with all the splashy, crashy character you’d expect from a vintage amp. Using a two-spring long tank, a single ECC81/12AT7 valve and our own custom transformer, this circuit is our richest sounding spring reverb design to date. Add a footswitch for switching the reverb on or off remotely.

Valve Buffered Effects Loop

A post-tremolo FX loop allows players to use proper, built-in bias modulation tremolo anywhere in a modern FX chain. Driven by an ECC81/12AT7 valve, the fully buffered, low impedance design allows the Tremlord 30 to slot right into even the most extravagant pedal setups.

It’s kinda like the amp Orange never made in the first place. It’s a quite vintage flavoured amp with more perceived clean headroom than our other 30 watt amps.

The Tremlord is a cool little amp!

When I think of Orange I think of gain. This amp has turned that on its head, it’s crystal clear.

Characterful cleans and inspiring reverb and tremolo for creative-minded players. 9/10 Editor’s Choice

The Orange TremLord 30 may have a very simple, classic-inspired design, but it’s hard to beat if you’re looking for an amp with highly distinctive tone unlike anything else on the market with full body, rich harmonics and expressive depth. Gold Award Winner

OUR TINIEST AMP PACKS A BIG PUNCH!

The Orange Crush Mini is designed to give you classic Orange tone in a small, lightweight package. Whether you’re jamming in your bedroom or warning up backstage, the Crush Mini is the perfect companion.

The simple controls give you access to all kinds of classic sounds. Crank up the Gain for heavy distortion or dial in clean and crunch tones by backing off the Gain and turning the Volume up. A quick tweak of the Shape control (anticlockwise for more mids, clockwise for more scooped) and you’re ready to rock!

Another exciting feature of the Crush Mini is the Speaker Output (8 Ohms minimum). Hook this up to pretty much any speaker cabinet and get ready for a surprisingly big sound!

The Crush Mini features a built-in tuner, as well as a headphone output that mutes the speaker for silent practice. You can also play along to your favourite tracks using the Aux In.

Powered by a 9V battery (included) or an external 9V DC adapter (centre negative), the Crush Mini switches on automatically when you plug in your guitar.

VERSATILE, SIMPLE CONTROLS

A whole lotta tone in three controls. Adjust the Gain and Volume to get any sound, from clean and clear to high-gain and heavy. The Shape control quickly changes the midrange character from mega-thick to super-scooped – and everything in between.

SPEAKER OUTPUT

Turn your Crush Mini into an amp head by hooking up a speaker cabinet to the Speaker output (8 Ohms minimum).

HEADPHONE OUTPUT

Connecting headphones disengages the speaker output for silent practice.

AUX IN

Play along to your music with the Aux In, perfect for practice.

BUILT-IN TUNER

A simple, easy to read, built-in tuner makes the Crush Mini a great all-in-one amplifier.

The Crush Mini is an updated Crush 3 but we wanted to put a speaker out on it. A lot of people have cabs at home that they don’t use and with this they are able to have a feed and practice at bedroom level. The gain structure, it’s kind of like a Dark Terror but done solid state.

“As gnarly as, as monkey!”

The Crush Mini has some massive tones!

Perfect for beginners, bedroom practicing, warming up back stage, or perhaps you’re on the go a lot and want something you can plug into for unpredictable creative moments.

It might look tiny, but like the Tardis from Dr. Who, it’s kind of bigger on the inside.

FROM BEDROOM TO HEADROOM | TWIN CHANNEL | CUSTOM VOTW SPEAKERS | SMALL FOOTPRINT

The Amp for All Occasions

Capable of 0.5, 1, 7 or 15 Watts of output, the Rocker 15 is an extremely portable combo that moves seamlessly from the home to the studio to the stage. Finally, a small, two channel, bedroom-friendly all-valve amp that you can legitimately gig!

With the Rocker 15 set wide open, smaller venues are comfortably taken care of despite the amp’s miniature footprint. Thanks to a custom Voice of the World Gold Label speaker and beefy transformers, the Rocker 15 has a remarkably potent delivery which takes full advantage of its EL84 output section. Even when scaling back the power, the amp’s tone stays fat and full, oozing warm valve compression and saturation without disturbing the neighbours.

Clever options aside, the Rocker 15 has real character – a twin channel design with a twist. The Natural channel is a purist’s dream with just a single knob: Volume. Finely balanced and supremely playable, this channel is perfectly voiced to bring out the ‘natural’ sound of the instrument under your fingers (or the pedals under your feet). The ‘Dirty’ channel is a more familiar affair with controls for Gain, Volume and a three band EQ section. Both channels are very sensitive to touch and playing dynamics, making Rocker 15 incredibly versatile despite its straightforward, player-friendly layout.

The amp also features a proper, valve-driven effects loop for total purity from input to output. So, whether you need a rig for low-volume practising, recording, or to be heard on the club circuit, the shape-shifting Rocker 15 will show itself to be the amp for every occasion.

MONO OR STEREO | TWIN CHANNEL | BIG SOUND, SMALL FOOTPRINT

True Stereo Madness

Many of today’s guitarists are looking for the best partner for their pedalboard but ultimately end up with an amp that’s uninspiring and lacking in character. With the Rocker 32 however, we’ve nailed the perfect pedal amp. What makes the Rocker 32 so special? Simple. It’s an all-valve stereo guitar amp in a compact and portable combo format.

The Rocker 32 can be run just like a ‘normal’ combo – straight in or with standard mono effects loop connections. Even before you start experimenting, you’ll soon realise that this is not just another bland, soulless pedal platform, but a serious amplifier in its own right. The Rocker 32 has classic Orange mojo in abundance and its 2×10” configuration means a full and fat delivery whilst keeping the footprint small. There’s even some clever circuitry under the hood to give the amp a wider spread of sound than most regular twin speaker combos.

At the heart of the Rocker 32, though, is its stereo effects loop which opens up a world of limitless possibilities for your pedalboard. If you’re into epic panning delays and massive soundscapes, connect the Rocker 32 for full stereo operation, unlocking enormously spatial tones that wash over the audience. If you’re more old-school, you can patch your pedals in ‘wet/dry’ mode, with your effects appearing in one speaker and your clean guitar tone in the other. This makes for great separation and clarity on stage or in the studio.

The front end of the Rocker 32 is one-of-a-kind. The Natural channel features just one control (Volume), and has been carefully voiced to bring out every nuance of different guitars, pickups and pedal combinations. There is plenty of clean headroom here but this channel also loves to be hit with overdrive and distortion stomps.

The Dirty channel has a more familiar look to it with a three band EQ, gain and master volume controls, allowing for all different flavours of British crunch – and it can be set clean too. There’s also a handy half power mode to drop the volume level if you like to push the EL84 output valves a bit harder for more saturation. This switches the Rocker 32 from the full 30 Watts (15W a side) down to a more home-friendly 15 Watts (7W a side).

SWITCHABLE OUTPUT POWER | VALVE BUFFERED EFFECTS LOOP | FOOTSWITCHABLE REVERB

ONE OF THE FINEST VALVE COMBOS IN THE BUSINESS

The Rockerverb Series demonstrates better than anything else that a workhorse amp can be a master of all trades. The original Rockerverb was actually our first ever ‘high gain’ amplifier, with a unique voice that quickly became a firm favourite amongst the heavy crowd. However, its supreme versatility and dependability meant the series has been a mainstay for touring artists and session aces, both on the road and in the studio.

The previous MKII version was voted in the top ten of Music Radar’s ‘Best Valve Combo Amps’ list, but the new Rockerverb 50 MKIII 2×12″ combines over a decade of user feedback with numerous improvements to the design. In a first for the Rockerverb Series, the MKIIIs include selectable output power options to manipulate headroom and volume. This 50 Watt version switches down to 25W in half power mode, whilst the mains transformers have also been upgraded for better low end response and articulation. The MKIII also features the same footswitchable attenuator that has been so popular with users of our Thunderverb and Dual Dark Series amps.

The Clean channel has been revoiced on the new MKIIIs for a more ‘chimey’ response, but still retains the warmth and vintage character of a non-master volume design. The new models now have even greater headroom than previous versions, whilst the valve driven spring reverb now has a more extensive range with a brighter trail. Add to this a host of other hidden refinements and you have the finest sounding and most feature-laden Rockerverb to date.

HIGHLY VERSATILE TWIN CHANNEL DESIGN

The original Rockerverb gained a cult following on account of its iconic high gain tones. The MKIIIs of course continue this tradition, but these amps are immensely flexible. The Dirty channel goes anywhere from clean to crunch to the very heaviest modern saturation, and always maintains outstanding clarity. The non-master volume Clean channel has been re-engineered to take on a more ‘sparkly’ and ‘crisp’ nature but with greater control through a revoiced two band EQ section. The MKIIIs have even greater headroom and volume in full power mode, should you need it, but this can now be manipulated with the amp’s output power and Attenuator controls.

FOOTSWITCHABLE VALVE DRIVEN SPRING REVERB

Driven by an ECC83/12AT7 valve and a custom transformer, the spring reverb circuit in the MKIII has undergone significant upgrades. Brighter and more controllable than its predecessor, this lush spring reverb circuit covers everything from ‘air’ to full-on surf.

FOOTSWITCHABLE ATTENUATOR CONTROL

Cranked amp tones at ‘conversation volumes’. The Attenuator circuit is located after the master volume controls and determines when and how the amp distorts after the preamp stage. This means the overall volume level can be reduced, whilst keeping control over the entire amp’s clipping characteristics. Unlike a loadbox, our design ensures the all-important relationship between the output transformer and the speaker remains intact so, even at very low volumes, the amp remains springy and responsive. Turning the Attenuator control clockwise reduces the overall output level (i.e. increases the attenuation), which can be remotely defeated via a footswitch for a volume boost on either channel for lead lines.

SWITCHABLE OUTPUT POWER

Switching the amp’s output power allows for more control over the headroom and breakup from the output valves. Reduce the output for greater output valve clipping and saturation at lower volume levels. The  Rockerverb 50 MKIII features a ‘half power’ mode which drops the plate voltage on the output valves, reducing the output power to 25 Watts.

VALVE BUFFERED FX LOOP

For the purist who loves their pedals, our highly transparent effects loop is buffered by a single ECC81/12AT7, ensuring an all-valve signal path from input to output.

CELESTION SPEAKERS

The Celestion Vintage 30 is one of the most popular drivers in the world today, and with good reason. A pair of these, housed in a rugged open-back plywood combo cabinet, take the Rockerverb MKIII to another tonal dimension.

“I chose Orange amplifiers because for me, it is the only brand that can provide a vintage tone that sounds really fat ! I always thought that ‘vintage’ lacked thickness… But Orange proved me wrong … I finally found my tone.
My band plays Blues and Southern Rock as well as Hard Rock, so I needed a versatile amp. The Rockerverb 50 MKIII can do it all ! I plug my Bacchus Duke Laura Cox, I set the gain just before noon for a thick crunch tone, and it’s as simple as that.”
