The year, Orange was invited to present our new music board at the NAMM Media Preview Day.
During this day, a limited number of NAMM member companies are chosen to offer media a first-look at the best and most innovative products available at the NAMM Show. This day offers a unique opportunity to get one-on-one interaction and exposure with media and to create a buzz leading into the show.

In the video Jerry Goldman introduces the Orange Music Board.

Orange Amplification Ambassador and legendary bass player Glenn Hughes will be appearing exclusively on their booth at the 2015 Winter NAMM on Saturday 24th January at 2.00pm, where he will meet, greet and sign autographs.

For over forty years Glenn Hughes has been a bass player, vocalist and songwriter with some of the world’s greatest Rock acts, as well as having carved out a hugely successful solo career. His long list of credits include the likes of Deep Purple, Black Country Communion, supergroup Kings of Chaos and Tony Iommi.. He is currently lead vocalist and bass player with California Breed whose self-titled album was one of the most critically acclaimed releases of 2014.

Glenn recently produced a video about why he uses Orange Bass Amps where he said, ‘When you plug into this, (Orange AD200B Mk3) prepare to meet thy match! If you are a Rock bass player and you want to tear the roof and the heads off your audience, may I suggest this amp.’ You can see the full video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y2k3q6Ts8qI

To meet Glenn and see all the new Orange Amplification products, go to the Orange Music Booth 4890 Hall C on Saturday 24th January at 2.00pm or visit https://www.orangeamps.com

In late December of 2013 Orange Amplification took to Facebook with a simple request: Tell us which amp you want and on Christmas day we will grant one wish. More than 13,000 people responded, requesting everything from a battery-powered Micro Crush guitar amp to a hand-wired Custom Shop 50 full stack. When the day came, Orange surprised everyone by granting four wishes to fans from around the globe, including a Rockerverb 50 MKII 2×12” Combo, Jim Root #4 Signature guitar amp, Terror Bass 500, and a Crush Pro 120 2×12” Combo. That’s more than $5000 / £3000 in wishes!

The British amplifier company is keeping the tradition alive this holiday season. All you have to do is follow them on Facebook and post a comment with the “wish” you want granted. Anything goes so don’t be shy. Who knows? Maybe they’ll grant five wishes this year!

We hope you have a great holiday and wish everyone a Happy New Year.

Cheers!
