Key duties:
– Fault finding and repair to component level on both Valve and transistor Amplifiers.
– Managing the returns process from start to finish.
– Ensuring stock levels in the workshop are managed efficiently.
– Ensuring loan stock is maintained and ready to go when required.
– Assist the product team with Q.C. and product testing.
– Assist the admin team with technical enquiries.
– Any other duties as requested by your line manager.

Essential requirements:
– Electronics fault finding and repair knowledge.
– Electrical safety knowledge – working with dangerous voltages.
– Experience in a similar role.
– Guitar or Bass player

Preferred but non-essential requirements:
– Educated to degree level.
– Brand awareness.
– Knowledge of MI.
– SMD Rework experience.

We are looking for a workshop technician for our UK Head Office in North London.

Your key duties will include:
* Providing Technical Support and dealing with Customer enquiries both via email and telephone.
* Managing the returns process from start to finish this includes, booking in, diagnosis and
repair to component level of both valve and transistor amplifiers, analysis of faults and
servicing of customer/artist stock.
* Ensuring loan stock is maintained and ready to go when required.
* QC of incoming goods.
* Ensuring stock levels in the workshop are managed efficiently.
* Maintaining the workshop to a high standard and take responsibility for Health and Safety as
per the Company Policy.
* Any other duties as requested by your line manager or another senior member of the
Company.

of the organisation; this includes written and verbal communications.
* Experience of working in a high pressured environment.
* The ability to deliver excellent customer service.
* Brand awareness would be desirable but not essential.
* Experience of meeting deadlines and key performance indicators.
* Preferable you will hold a degree the minimum education requirement for this role is A-
Level.

Summary of Position:

This multi-faceted, hands-on position is centered on providing operational and accounting leadership for the company at its Atlanta location and reporting into its Head Quarters based in the UK.

This person will be responsible for providing company leadership, along with supporting all aspects of its accounting function, and some HR duties.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Candidate must have 5+ years’ experience as a full charge bookkeeper or accountant with a demonstrable track record of increasing job responsibility and career advancement

Formal education or training in accounting practices and methods

Proficiency in SAP Business One Enterprise software strongly desired

Must be adept at negotiation and problem resolution; strong people skills are essential.
