Orange Santa is Coming to Town for Orange Amplification’s
50th anniversary Wish Granted competition
bigger and better than ever before.
To mark the company’s five decades as a pioneering force in guitar and bass amplification, we’ve decided to grant 50 wishes! We’ll be giving away everything in the current Orange product range; amps, combos, cabs, headphones and more!
To enter, participants should simply share the Orange product they desire most with Cliff Cooper, Founder and CEO, on the Orange Facebook page. Increased chances can be gained by liking, commenting on or sharing any #wishgranted post. Christmas wishes can also be shared on the form at the bottom of the page. All wishes and hearts’ desires must be posted between 1st and 24th December (8pm GMT) 2019.
Winners can discover if their dream has come true on the Orange Facebook page every day from 12th December until 24th December 00.00 GMT, 2019. Be sure to Like and Follow their page to ensure you receive a notification if you win.

WISH GRANTED COMPETITION RULES
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
Costs: Orange will cover all delivery costs and custom costs that your country may charge.
Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those who enter via the stated means and who are 18 years or over as of the date of entry. The Campaign is open to legal residents globally and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign. Orange can change the rules without notice for any reason they see fit.
Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted starting on 1st December 2019 at 0.00 GMT and ending 24th December 2019 at 8PM GMT.
How to Enter:
1.The Campaign must be entered by submitting an entry form using the online form provided at any product page https://orangeamps.com. The entry must fulfil all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd.
2. Finding any post on Orange Amplifications Facebook/Instagram/YouTube and commenting with your wish.
3. Finding or sharing any post on Orange Amplifications Facebook/Instagram/YouTube and liking the post will enter you for a wish of whatever the post advertises. So if you like a post that features a Dark Terror, then your wish would be entered for a Dark Terror.
If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd. These include using a robot/script to automate entries or anything that goes against the spirit of the competition (as decided at Orange’s own discretion).
Prizes: The Winners of the Campaign (the “Winners”) will be chosen solely by Orange. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd discretion. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. You can increase your odds by entering using methods 1, 2, 3 as detailed above.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected at random from entries received within the time period. Winners will be notified by email within fourteen (14) days following selection of Winners. Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd’s SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Rights Granted by You: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd anyone acting on behalf of Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd, and Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
Terms & Conditions: Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd may select the Winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd. Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Disputes: THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF The United Kingdom, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
