Make an RMA Request
If you’re In the USA and your local retailer isn’t able to help, you can submit an RMA request to Orange USA.
Once you complete the form below, Orange USA will verify your warranty status and provide you with an RMA number. They will also advise you on where your product can be serviced—either through Orange USA or an authorised local service centre. Please note that if your repair is not covered under warranty, payment arrangements must be made directly with Orange USA or the authorised service centre before your product is returned to you.
