We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted.

Photos and images of products are to be used for marketing purposes only and may not be representive of the final shipped product. This can include safety marketings and logos which appear on the final product but may not appear on marketing images.

Ordering, cancelling and returning products:

Contract creation and electronic contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website

We will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order acceptance

For items being delivered to you, when your product is despatched we will send you a confirmation email

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in our How to Change or cancel an order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error
• You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions
• The contract will be concluded in English.

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone:

You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.

Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that are made to measure or are made to your specification, that have been clearly personalised. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.

If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

Disposal of electrical products and WEEE regulations

WEEE compliance
OMEC are a producer of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) and is therefore obligated under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations. We are fully compliant with all responsibilities as a registered member of a UK government approved WEEE Compliance Scheme. Our WEEE producer registration number is WEE/RM07070.

The UK WEEE Regulations were first introduced in 2007 with the aim of reducing the amount of EEE ending up in landfill. As per the requirements of the Regulations, we finance the recovery and recycling of WEEE when it reaches the end of its life and ensure our EEE products are marked accordingly with a crossed out wheeled bin symbol and a date mark.

Intellectual property and right to use

Severance
If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions.

Waiver
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.

Survival
Each provision of the Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.

Entire agreement
These Conditions govern our relationship with you. Any changes to these Conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties. In this way, we can avoid any problems surrounding what OMEC and you are expected to do. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a term of these Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any representation. Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Nothing in this Clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Conditions.

Law
The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

GLOBAL WEBSHOP RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

If you have changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase and we will exchange or refund it.

Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days of receiving your order. Original condition, means we would expect this to mean original packaging and labels, and that the item is unused and undamaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If we have sent you the wrong item, or your order is faulty, damaged or not as described on arrival, please contact us on +44 1992 761145. In this instance we will refund any postal charges you incur to return such items. Please note that this refund will be in sterling, and may therefore may not equate exactly to the amount paid, owing to fluctuating exchange rates.

It can take up to 14 days from returning the item(s) to receiving your refund.

We will only refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

Prices shown on our website include VAT due on the product. Please note that the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland count as UK, not International delivery. Depending on the shipping method chosen will depend upon how long your order may take to arrive.

Customs Payments
Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges.

As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, we’re sorry that we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. GLOBAL WEBSHOP – HOW TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

AMENDING YOUR ORDER
In most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your order once it’s been placed. If your order has already been despatched from the warehouse, you need to return the item following our Returns procedure.

If your order has not left the warehouse, we may be able to change delivery address details, remove items from your order or cancel it completely.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If your order has already been despatched from the warehouse, please return the item following our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

There are some products which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange, including downloaded material.

Black Deer Festival Competition Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those who sign up at via orangeamps.com and who are 18 years or over as of the date of entry. The Campaign is open to legal U.K. residents and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  1. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
  1. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on 29th April 2021 at 0.00 UK time and ending 28th May 2021 at 12.00 UK time.
  1. How to Enter: The Campaign must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://orangeamps.com/articles/black-deer-competition-2021/. The entry must fulfil all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd.

You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd.

  1. Prizes: The Winner of the Competition will receive: 1 x Orange Crush Acoustic Combo, 1 x Orange Crest Edition Headphones, 1 x Orange Acoustic Pedal, Two (2) adult weekend camping tickets to be redeemed only at the Black Deer Festival 25th – 27th June 2021 ,which includes access to the festival arena and general camping area (to bring your own tent / equipment). Does not include car / motorcycle parking pass – this will need to be purchased separately. Current Tier 3 value of an Adult Weekend Camping Ticket is £194.62 each, so for the pair totals a value of £389.24. This promotional competition is restricted to one (1) entry per person, aged 18 years and over, proof of identity and age may be required. It is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Exchange, re-sale or sale of the two adult camping tickets is strictly prohibited. The winner(s) is (are) responsible for all expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize. The promoter accepts no responsibility for loss of property/injuries/or accidents that may occur during your visit to the festival, or whilst taking part in any of the activities at the festival between 25th – 27th June 2021.  The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd.
