WISH GRANTED COMPETITION RULES

No Purchase Necessary

You don’t need to buy anything to enter or win. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

Costs

Orange will cover all relevant delivery and customs costs for the prize.

Eligibility

This competition is open to anyone aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers (collectively, the “Employees”), and their immediate family members or anyone living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

This competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules

By entering, you (“the entrant”) agree to:

  • Be fully bound by these rules.
  • Confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.
  • Accept that Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd’s decisions regarding the competition are final and binding.

Orange reserves the right to change the rules at any time, without prior notice, if deemed necessary.

Competition Period

Entries will be accepted from 12:00 PM GMT on 25 November 2025 until 12:00 PM GMT on 22 December 2025.

How to Enter

To enter the Wish Granted 2025 Prize Draw, complete and submit the entry form available at https://orangeamps.com.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed.
  • Incomplete entries or those not following these rules may be disqualified at Orange’s sole discretion.
  • By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd.
  • Entries that use automated systems (bots, scripts, etc.) or any method that goes against the spirit of fair play may be disqualified at Orange’s discretion.

Prizes

  • Winners will be chosen solely by Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd.
  • The actual or appraised value of the prize may vary.
  • Prize details will be determined by Orange and are non-transferable.
  • No cash alternative or substitution is allowed unless Orange decides otherwise.
  • By accepting the prize, winners grant Orange permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising or promotional purposes without additional compensation (unless prohibited by law).

Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries received during the competition period.
  • Winners will be notified within 14 days after selection.
  • Orange is not responsible for notifications that aren’t received due to spam filters, incorrect contact details, or other technical issues.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim their prize within 30 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and another winner chosen.
  • Violation of these rules may result in disqualification and loss of the prize.

Rights Granted by You

By entering, you agree that Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd and its partners may use your:

  • Entry, name, photo, voice, likeness, statements, and biographical details
  • In any media, worldwide, forever
  • For publicity, promotion, advertising, or similar purposes
    Without any further notice, review, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Terms & Conditions

Orange reserves the right to:

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if technical issues, fraud, or other causes disrupt its proper operation.
  • Disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or uses unauthorized or automated methods to enter.

If the competition is affected, Orange may choose winners from all valid entries received before and/or after the issue occurred.

Any attempt to damage the website or undermine the competition may lead to prosecution and/or civil liability.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Orange Music Electronic Co Ltd and its affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability for:

  • Injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation or use/misuse of the prize
  • Technical malfunctions of hardware, software, or networks
  • Unauthorised access or human error in the administration or entry process

Disputes

This competition is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes will be handled individually and resolved by a court located in the United Kingdom.
